Pagery builds integrated Notion workspaces for specific technical leadership roles. The work starts with research. The product follows from what the research surfaces.
Pagery is a small studio building operating systems for technical leadership roles — engineering managers, staff engineers, tech leads, and the adjacent positions that carry similar operational load.
The category we work in is crowded with bundles of disconnected Notion templates marketed as productivity systems. Most of them treat the role as a generic knowledge worker and bolt AI prompts on as an afterthought. We are building the opposite: research-grounded workspaces designed around how each specific role actually operates, with AI prompts embedded inside the workflow rather than collected in a separate library.
Every Pagery product begins with a research briefing. We map the pressures defining the role, audit the existing tools and their gaps, and identify the structural problem the product needs to solve. The briefing is published before the product ships. It informs the design and serves as the public argument for why an integrated workspace is the right answer instead of another template bundle.
The product then follows from the research. Databases reflect the actual primitives of the role — directs, 1:1s, projects, on-call rotations, hiring loops — rather than generic "tasks" and "projects." AI prompts live inside the relevant workflow entries, not in a separate prompt library page. Documentation is structured for the working professional, not the first-time buyer.
We publish the research that informs each product before the product ships. If the research doesn't hold up, the product doesn't get built.
One workspace where every entity connects to the others. Not fifty templates where the manager has to remember fifty places to look.
Each workspace is designed around a specific role, with database structures reflecting that role's actual primitives. No repurposed productivity frameworks.
AI prompts live inside the workflow they serve. The one-on-one prep template includes the prompt for prepping it. The performance review template includes the calibration prompt. Not a separate page of prompts to copy-paste from.
The first-time-manager market is well-served by courses and books. Pagery products are designed for people 1-5+ years into the role, drowning in operational load, with budget and no patience for generic content.
Not a SaaS. Not a coaching service. Not a consultancy. Each Pagery product is a one-time purchase — a Notion workspace you own, install in your own Notion, and run with your own AI tools of choice (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini). No subscriptions, no data sent to our servers, no ongoing dependency.
Substantive updates only — new research briefings, product launches, and the occasional deeper analysis. No marketing filler.
